Grails Diary - Week 50

16 December 2013

The GGX was a huge success, with lots of excellent speakers. Dan Woods went into a funny live-twitter-commentary frenzy, also doing a few photo-bombs - he could single handed fill the interesting tweets section! (if allowed). All the videos was recorded and can already be found through the links in the section below. Graeme mentioned in his keynote, that they expect Grails 2.3.5 will be released before the end of the year, and 2.4 in the first quarter of next year.

Lari Hotari will join the Pivotal Grails team full time, from the start of the next year, great hire by Pivotal, and congratulations to Lari.

The call for papers are now open for GR8conf (US and EU both) at http://cfp.gr8conf.org and Greach at http://greach.es/c4p.
