Grails Diary - Week 19 in 2014

13 May 2014

Biggest Grails related news this week, is the first release candidate of Grails 2.4 is out, with Groovy 2.3 and Springframework 4.0.4! Check out the release notes. Please test, and report bugs before the final release.

The Grails Mailing lists will be deprecated from now! Ordinary questions should be posted at Stackoverflow , and discussions about the framework should be handled in the Google Group at http://groups.google.com/d/forum/grails-dev-discuss. The archive at nabbles will still be available for google searches etc.

Ryan Vanderwerf has posted a video of the Lego Mindstorms EV3 running with Groovy, which he will demo at his workshop at GR8conf EU - I think it is very cute! Remember there is only 14 days left to buy your ticket for GR8conf EU this year!

For SpringOne2gx, parts of the schedule is now avaliable
